Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional in a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support shoppers, staff, and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
• Support loss prevention efforts by helping to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and/or unauthorized access while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
