As a Security Officer Patrol and Incident Reporting in Baton Rouge, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.78 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter, including offices, parking areas, entrances, and other designated locations.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Document patrol activity and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and designated client personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
