Pay Rate: $19.54 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee movement, verifying authorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
• Support assigned banking and administrative operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and communicating clearly with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
