Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional location where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.95 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting relevant details as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine observation.
• Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, concerns, and/or changing conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
