Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $23.36 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, posted policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and help support authorized entry for employees, contractors, and/or guests.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols or assigned rounds.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
