In this driving post, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by reporting equipment issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
