As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify hazards, policy concerns, and/or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and vehicle processing in accordance with location rules and security-related procedures.
- Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, unsecured access points, and/or operational disruptions that could impact personnel, property, or business activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
