As a Security Officer Patrol Driver HOA in Ladera Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed residential patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time / Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, streets, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity within the community, assist with access control procedures, and report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by answering questions, providing directions, and helping residents and/or visitors with routine security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
