As a Security Officer Patrol Driving in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, support access activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols for a defense and aerospace environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and report concerns involving personnel, property, or sensitive areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors, client representatives, and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
