Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.95 - $21.95 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with location guidelines.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel by communicating clearly with clients, employees, and/or first responders during routine operations and incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
