Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support access control procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Document daily activities, observations, and incidents, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
