Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to verify that only authorized personnel and/or vehicles enter restricted areas, following site protocols for screening, badging, and visitor processing.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, and/or incident details in required reports, and report maintenance issues, hazards, or policy violations to the appropriate site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
