As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation in Williamsburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitors, and/or operational concerns.
• Support Allied Universal and location personnel by following post orders, reporting hazards or maintenance issues, and assisting with orderly operations during routine and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
