Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliability while making a meaningful impact each day.

Pay Rate: $22.32 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with visitor direction, after-hours access control, and/or reporting of unusual activity.
• Support staff, visitors, and/or vendors with routine questions while documenting incidents, policy violations, and other security-related matters according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
