Job Description: 

This role will supervise and organize the Resident Safety Department. This includes supervision of resident safety officers, maintenance of the emergency alert system and providing customer service to 500 plus residents.

Responsibilities

Organize resident safety office to ensure alarms, maintenance work orders and apartment keys are orderly. Hire and train and perform appraisals of safety staff. Maintain work schedules, record fire and disaster drills. Be familiar with the duties for communication officers and act as their dispatcher.

Qualifications

Minimum of Associates Degree or 2 years of education past high school or GED.  Minimum of 3 years' risk management experience. Minimum of 2 years' customer service, alarm monitoring, switchboard operation or related field. Must have Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Windows experience. Must be able to type 65 WPM. Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently.
