Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access activities, provide exceptional customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values people first, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with location protocols, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
- Support access control efforts by verifying credentials, directing employees and visitors, and following post orders related to restricted areas, shift activity, and facility operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
