Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team culture built on agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, exits, sales floor, back-of-house areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Support a professional shopping environment by assisting with access control, closing procedures, and/or other security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
