As a Security Officer Screening Agent in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access, screen people and/or items, and support smooth daily operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related protocols.
• Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or credentials, and report suspicious activity, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including shipping, receiving, trailer, and perimeter zones, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Have customer service experience, which is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
