Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help support daily entry screening activities, monitor access points, and assist with security-related procedures through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries at designated entry points, checking credentials, required documentation, and prohibited items in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entry areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
- Maintain accurate logs, screening records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant activity to site personnel and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
