Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor entry points, screen visitors and team members, and support daily operations through visible presence, strong communication, and customer service. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control activities, and other security-related protocols at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry points and screen people, packages, and/or materials in accordance with post orders, helping to support authorized access and report irregularities to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or site representatives as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions, policy concerns, and other security-related issues that may require follow-up.
• Support daily operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate, while maintaining professional interaction with all individuals on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
