Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and/or ATM or lobby areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support closing and opening activities, monitor exterior and interior conditions, and provide visible presence throughout assigned areas while following Allied Universal standards and post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Possess at least 3 years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience, or an associate's degree in criminal justice.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
