As a Security Officer Secure Location in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial services location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support access awareness and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first.

Pay Rate: $19.62 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or vendor activity while following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Support Allied Universal standards by documenting daily activities, communicating relevant information to site contacts, and assisting with assigned security-related duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
