Job Summary: Xclusive Security Services is seeking a professional and experienced Security Officer to join our fast growing company. In this role, your primary responsibility will be working in Malibu at a high-end gated community, with shift hours available from 2:00PM-10:00PM.  To qualify for this position, applicants need a minimum of2-3 years working gated communities. If you do not have a minimum of 2-3 years in gated communities, please do not respond to this job opening.  Xclusive Security Services is a boutique Security Company servicing only stationary high-end Gated Communities, Commercial properties, Industrial Parks, and Strip Malls.  Stoic personalities need not apply. We are looking for mature employees with emotional intelligence. We are also looking for a long term relationships for this position.You must possess a valid California Drivers License in good standing to be added to our auto insurance to operate the company's dedicated patrol vehicle. You must have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years mandatory previous experience as a Guard House Security is mandatory for this position. 
• High level of personal boundaries and strong communication skills are a must for this position
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
• Excellent writing skills and report writing ability
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to work an access control program that the employee will be trained on
