Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring premises, identifying potential risks, and preventing incidents such as theft, vandalism, or other disturbances. The ideal candidate is observant, confident, and able to handle situations with professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor and control access to the property, including vehicles and visitors
• Address and remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals when necessary
• Secure doors, windows, and exits at the end of operations
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious or unusual activity
• Investigate incidents and individuals when concerns arise
• Respond promptly to alarms and assess situations accordingly
• Provide assistance and support to staff and visitors as needed
• Detain individuals when appropriate, following proper legal procedures, until authorities arrive
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations

This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
