Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities at all times.
Conduct regular patrols and actively monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
Manage access to the premises and respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Observe, document, and report irregularities, enforce site policies, and handle trespassing situations.
Assist with traffic control and access management as needed.
Prepare accurate and detailed reports of incidents and daily activities.
Monitor and maintain building systems and security equipment to ensure proper operation.
Support adherence to legal, safety, and company regulations and standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and promptly report any issues with security systems or equipment.
Requirements
Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Smartphone required for reporting and communication
Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
