As a Security Officer Television Network Lobby in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping monitor assigned areas through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong customer service. You will support security-related operations, communicate with professionalism, and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate: $21.05 - $22.05 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, visitor traffic, and credential checks in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly access for authorized persons and deliveries.
• Assist with reporting, note taking, and follow-up related to alarms, disturbances, property issues, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
