As an Access Control Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, security-related environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing badge access, and responding to alarm panel activity. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry logs, and direct approved individuals and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities accurately and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
