Security Officer TWIC Driver

As a Security Officer TWIC Driver in Beaumont, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential verification, and/or entry authorization activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access points for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting established security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or contacting appropriate site personnel when needed.
• Perform documentation and reporting related to access activity, incidents, inspections, and/or unusual conditions in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations, remaining aware that working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
