As a Security Officer TWIC Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver in Palmetto, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and reporting access-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the utility location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
