As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed, maintaining awareness of personnel and vehicle movement in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
