As a Security Officer Unarmed Bicycle Deterrence Patrol in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine bicycle patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will observe and report security-related concerns, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the assigned location; report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or public agencies as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to ride a bike.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
