Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, badging protocols, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted operational and hazardous areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through required communication and documentation processes.
• Support screening and inspection procedures for people, vehicles, packages, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and designated operational zones, with attention to changing conditions common to an industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
