What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a retail and entertainment location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing updates with site contacts when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including entrances, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
- Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, helping to support authorized entry, orderly guest flow, and adherence to location rules and posted guidelines.
- Assist with closing procedures, crowd management, and/or de-escalation of disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
