As a Security Officer Unarmed Guest Services in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor authorization, issuing visitor credentials as directed, maintaining entry logs, and communicating arrival information to appropriate site contacts.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, visitors, and deliveries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of front-desk activity and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting emergency services and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support a professional and orderly reception area by documenting security-related incidents, maintaining required records, and providing clear information regarding facility entry requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
