As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed High Rise in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and document security-related observations, incidents, and daily activities.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for clients and staff and communicating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least three years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience, or an associate degree in criminal justice.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
