As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unauthorized activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
