Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials and shipping-related information as directed by site procedures, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing cargo handling areas, reporting damaged barriers or access points, and helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or trespassing.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
