Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for guests and staff. Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur04:30 PM - 12:30 AMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to people at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter points.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support access control, crowd flow, and/or after-hours checks to help maintain orderly operations throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
