As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a Food Processing/Distribution Plant, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activities while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and maintain awareness of customer and employee activity while supporting a welcoming retail environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
