As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and uphold Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, aircraft support areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
