ROLE: The Security Officer is responsible for assisting Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests. Performs routine checks of property and reports safety hazards or conditions. You will also provide Security escorts to employees during pit and slot drops. In addition, you will investigate and file reports on incidents and disturbances.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Completes Security daily log in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Mediates and resolves questionable incidents involving customers and/or employees. • Monitors traffic flow and guest parking to ensure that all vehicles are parked correctly and legally; keeps unauthorized vehicles from parking in the fire lane, MGC/ABC reserved parking spaces. • Deters vandalism/theft and provides quick response to emergency situations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
