As a Front Desk Security Professional at a government location, you will welcome visitors, support access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and government personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk; report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying emergency services and/or management as needed.
• Answer calls, provide directions and general information, and assist with visitor management while maintaining a professional presence at the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
