As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will be a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, badge procedures, and security-related communications. You will provide exceptional customer service, help address concerns, and use technology to document activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors, confirming appointments, and directing individuals according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the financial institution location by verifying identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing visitor credentials, and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and provide professional assistance while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client and visitor information.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual behavior, access issues, and other security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
