Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: 3PM-11PM

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, criminal behavior, or violations of client policies.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies promptly and accurately.
• Respond to emergencies including medical situations, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and bomb threats in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime and enforce client rules and regulations.
• Arrive on time and complete all assigned shifts, including overtime when required.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear the assigned uniform properly.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Handle crisis situations calmly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Understand and successfully carry out all post orders, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable laws or contractual requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred.
