Now Hiring: Security Operations ManagerLocation: Philadelphia, PAEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $70,000 per year Join the Colonial Security Services Team!Colonial Security Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations throughout the Philadelphia area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service, managing security personnel, maintaining compliance, and supporting business growth.If you're an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of multiple security contracts and client sites.Schedule personnel and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance audits.Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly.Supervise Field Managers and Security Officers.Review incident reports, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies, client post orders, and state regulations.Coordinate training, disciplinary actions, and employee performance evaluations.Assist with new account startups and operational planning.Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency coverage.Qualifications:Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience required.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with scheduling and workforce management software (TrackTik experience is a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.What We Offer:Competitive salaryPaid Time OffCareer advancement opportunitiesCompany-issued laptop and cell phoneSupportive leadership teamOngoing training and professional development
