Summary:

The Security Operations Specialist will be responsible for the management of requests pertaining to replacement access control badges, and requests for CCTV review for internal investigations system-wide. The position will also be responsible for the facilitation of incident report referrals through the security incident reporting system and diverting physical security requests for equipment and assessment to the appropriate security associate for completion.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, IT, or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior work experience in a security, law enforcement, or facilities environment
  • Familiarity with incident reporting and documentation best practices
  • Basic technical troubleshooting experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Confidentiality and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
