As a Security Officer Shopping Center Patrol Driver Customer Service in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a retail neighborhood location, you will drive assigned routes, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to visitors and tenants. You will communicate observations, respond to concerns, and support a positive environment through professionalism and integrity. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, walkways, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, property concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while maintaining a professional presence and communicating courteously with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
