Job Title: Security Project Manager

Location: Louisville, KY (Open to relocation packages)

Job Description:
  • Manage commercial electronic security projects from kickoff through completion
  • Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and field technicians onsite
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, Client, and equipment
  • Manage access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and intrusion detection projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
  • Track project progress, budgets, change orders, and timelines
  • Ensure installations are completed according to company standards, code requirements, and customer expectations
  • Coordinate with general contractors and other trades in commercial and new construction environments
  • Conduct project meetings, site walks, and progress updates
  • Support system commissioning, testing, and customer turnover
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving field issues when needed
  • Provide hands-on field support during critical phases of installation, programming, and system startup when necessary
  • Support technicians onsite with troubleshooting, device installation, and project completion to maintain schedules and quality standards
  • Experience with LenelS2, Genetec, and integrated security systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, access control devices, and IP-based security systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and construction documents
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills required
  • Experience managing commercial security or low-voltage projects preferred
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required
Required PPE: Hardhat, high-vis vest, gloves, steel toed boots, goggles
