    Tasks

    • Supervise on-site security personnel and ensure daily operational readiness.
    • Assign duties, organize shift schedules, and ensure proper staff deployment.
    • Monitor and enforce security procedures, including patrols, access control, and incident reporting.
    • Oversee the correct use of CCTV systems, alarms, and access control technologies.
    • Lead the security team response during incidents, emergencies, and evacuations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify risks and gaps.
    • Prepare and submit incident reports, shift logs, and performance reports to management.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
    • Apply HSE procedures and take charge during emergency situations.

    Requirements

    • English: Professional level (spoken and written)
    • Education : Diploma
    • Minimum 02 years in security operations, including supervisory experience.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to manage teams and handle emergency situations
    • Good knowledge of HSE and security procedures
