    Job Description

    • Supervise, direct, and support security personnel during assigned shift.

    • Monitor security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

    • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

    • Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and ensure proper documentation of all security-related activity.

    • Supervise, train, and coordinate staff to ensure compliance with all MotorCity policies and regulations.

    • Provide exceptional service to all guests.

    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Two years of security experience or alternative deemed appropriate.
    • Three years of supervisory experience.
    • Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
